BASIC
COURSES
SIFA provide both basic course in Islamic finance as well as advanced specialist courses for experienced Islamic finance professionals in Singapore and the region.
SIFA adopts the learning-for-performance model for its programme rollout. As an industry-driven training organisation, SIFA focuses on providing practical training that is geared to boosting industry performance. Depending on the readiness of the institutions or organisations supporting the professional development of course participants, our learning programs are implemented by using the PEbAAL methodology.
Performance-based Experiential, Adaptive and Agile Learning (“PebAAL”)
Conceptualised by expert adult educators, PebAAL is an instructional design process at the workplace that is targeted to fix a performance problem – closing the gap in essential skills and knowledge needed for a specific job responsibility, competency or task.
The PebAAL process combines experience in two key areas:
Performance Improvement & Instructional Design.
Participants will undergo a pre-test to evaluate their existing knowledge and skills. During the programme, each participant will be evaluated individually. A post-course follow-up will be developed to suit the needs of learners with different capacities and levels of readiness to advance to the next level.
